Water and coffee pads are being refilled regularly, or on demand. Location close (i.e. withing walking distance) to food markets, hair dresser, convenience and clothing stores, but also restaurants.

The rooms and surrounding area was clean and peaceful. Many essential stores such as eateries and retailers are nearby (no more than a five minute walk). The staff were warm and welcoming, particularly to those not native to the USA. The food was fairly priced (coffee refills were free of charge).
